Email hello@pa24.ai. We reply as soon as we can, and to requests about your personal data within one month.
Doing things yourself
- Download your data. In the app, go to Settings, Privacy and tap Export. You get one file with your notes, plans, drafts and what PA24 has learned.
- Delete everything. Go to Settings, Privacy and tap Delete everything. It deletes your account and its data straight away, and cannot be undone. In guest mode, it deletes what PA24 saved on your phone.
- Sign out on every device. Go to Settings and tap Sign out everywhere.
- Outside AI services. Turn Use outside AI services on or off in Settings, Privacy.
- How you feel. Turn Use how I feel on or off in Settings, Privacy. Off deletes what is kept.
- Pause learning. Turn on Pause learning in Settings, Privacy. PA24 keeps what it knows but learns nothing new.
- Quiet hours and the morning brief. Change them in Settings, Times.
- Subscriptions. PA24 does not sell subscriptions yet.
